Randstad is currently partnering with the most respected civil contractors in North West Tasmania. We are looking for experienced "all-rounders"—the backbone of the site—to join our teams for upcoming roading, infrastructure, and subdivision projects.

Who We Are Looking For

We need reliable, "get-in-and-get-it-done" professionals across the following disciplines:

• Plant Operators: Roller, Excavator, Loader, and Telehandler.
• Asphalt & Kerb Crews: Experienced in paving, kerb, and channel work.
• Pipelayers & Civil Labourers: Skilled in drainage and general groundworks.
• Truck Drivers: MR/HR/HC licences highly regarded.

Your Skills & Experience

To hit the ground running, you’ll need:

• The Basics: A current White Card and a valid Manual Driver’s Licence.
• The Experience: Proven background in civil construction or heavy infrastructure.
• The Attitude: A proactive, "all-rounder" mindset—you’re happy to jump out of the cab and help the ground crew when needed.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including Drug & Alcohol screening).
• Bonus Points: Current Telehandler or Roller tickets will put you at the top of the list!
